PRE-BID/FEASIBILITY
Service includes the preparation of a high-level schedule, which is usually at level 1/2. The schedule shows the major milestones that will be achieved by the bidder.
The service also includes a schedule narrative that identifies the potential risks associated with the project that should be considered before submitting the bid.
POST CONTRACT AWARD
Service provides a detailed baseline schedule, typically at level 3/4. The baseline schedule can be resource loaded with cost and man-hour according to the project contractual obligations or client requirements.
The package includes a Baseline narrative that identifies the critical path and any potential risks.
During the project implementation, we can provide schedule updates on a regular basis as stated in the contract specifications.
The updates will provide a schedule analysis for any delays to the critical path.
We also perform Earned Value Management and reporting as needed
